Digital photographs as frozen frames from the silver screen
A year has passed since his last vernissage. At that time, Marcin Rychły, a Raciborz photographer, passionately worked on his next ideas and the effects of these works could be seen at his next exhibition, titled “Cinematic.”
“Cinematic” is a collection of photographs that take the viewer into an unreal and fascinating world. It is a set of freeze frames that, with their character and mood, evoke images known from a large cinema screen. The images were made in the digital photography technique and were processed by advanced digital graphics editing. Photo sessions were preceded by many hours of preparation and required the involvement of many people. However, the final stage of the so-called post-production is the work of one person, Marcin Rychły, thanks to whom the photographs took on a different dimension.
