GUARANTEES AND RETURNS POLICY


According to the laws of the European Union under which we are subject, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

If you bought a good or a service online, you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. The “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

If item is bought through third parties please follow their Return Policy because we don’t take responsibility for their products (like blurb.com).

Exchange

You must tell us that you want to exchange the product. It is not enough to just send the goods back.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us first by e-mail at shop@karrde.pl

We won’t send you any goods until we receive the one you want to exchange.

If you don’t receive the goods within 30 days, or within the mutually agreed period, you must remind the trader giving an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver. For example, if the trader has informed you that delivery is delayed by a week because of problems with his suppliers you should consider giving him an extra week.

 

How to cancel a purchase

You must tell us that you want to cancel the purchase. It is not enough to just send the goods back.

You must send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us that you want to return the goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We do not refund personalized orders (signed).

The trader must give you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, but they can delay refunding you if they haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Additional informations

We do not take responsibility for the wrong address you provide us or delivery problem caused by postal company. In this case we can resend the goods only after you paid additional shipping cost and provide us with correct address. Please make double check of your address before checkout!

If you want to give us any additional informations you forgot during checkout – please mail us at sklep@tavor.pl as soon as possible.

If you don’t get any confirmation from us on your email after completing your order please contact as as soon as possible through email at shop@karrde.pl

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sklep@karrde.pl.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live and/or production process the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If eligible returned product is out of stock and we can’t send you a new one a full refund is to be made.
