Transparency Statement

Effective date: 2026-07-31

Every image in my portfolio begins with light, a camera and a real person — never with a prompt.

Photography is built on trust. This statement explains how my photographs, videos and visual content are created, including the role of digital tools and artificial intelligence in my creative workflow.

1. Introduction

This statement explains how my photographs, visual artworks and digital media are created, as well as the role that digital tools — including artificial intelligence — may play in my creative workflow. My goal is to provide full transparency while preserving the artistic integrity of my work.

2. Photography

Every photograph presented in my portfolio originates from a real photoshoot. Each photoshoot is carried out using professional photographic equipment with real people in real environments, including studio, indoor and outdoor locations. The people shown in my portfolio are real individuals photographed by me.

I do not use artificial intelligence to generate people presented as photographic works. Portfolio images are never created from AI-generated models or entirely AI-generated scenes. Photography remains the foundation of my work. Images presented within the Portfolio section of this website always originate from real photography. They are never created entirely through generative AI.

3. Post-Production

Every published photograph undergoes an individual post-production process personally performed by me as the photographer and author. This process may include professional editing techniques such as:

* colour grading
* exposure adjustments
* retouching
* cropping
* perspective correction
* compositing
* artistic finishing

The purpose of post-production is to complete the artistic vision of each photograph while preserving the authenticity of the photographed subject.

4. Modern digital tools

Like many modern creative applications, some software used during post-production may include artificial intelligence features integrated by their developers. These technologies have become a standard part of contemporary creative software and may assist in improving workflow or automating selected editing tasks.

Depending on the project, AI-assisted features may be used for purposes such as:

* extending or reconstructing backgrounds,
* removing distracting objects,
* generating additional background elements,
* improving masking and selections,
* accelerating technically repetitive editing tasks.

Artificial intelligence is not used to alter the identity, body shape, facial features or overall appearance of the people portrayed in my portfolio. Whenever AI-assisted retouching is used on a person, it is limited to minor technical corrections that could also be achieved manually, such as removing temporary skin imperfections or other small distractions. These adjustments affect only specific details and never replace or generate the photograph itself.

5. AI-Generated Visual Content

Some visual materials published outside the photographic portfolio may include AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Examples include: blog illustrations, promotional graphics, website artwork, banners, creative visual concepts.

Whenever AI-generated content represents the primary creative element rather than photography, it will be clearly identified where appropriate. Such materials are separate from the photographic portfolio.

6. Video Production

My video productions are created using professional cameras and traditional filmmaking techniques. Depending on the project, filming may take place in a studio, indoors or outdoors using real locations, real people and real recorded footage. Editing, colour grading, sound design and post-production are personally performed by me using professional video editing software.

Like modern photography software, contemporary video editing applications may incorporate AI-powered features that assist with workflow and selected post-production tasks.

7. AI-Assisted Video Content

Artificial intelligence may be used as one of several creative tools during video production or post-production. Examples include:

* AI-generated promotional videos,
* the “Welcome to…” series published on social media,
* animated transitions created from my own original photographs,
* selected visual effects or generative background elements where appropriate.

AI is not used to misrepresent real filmed events or replace documentary footage. Whenever AI-generated content represents a significant part of a video rather than traditional cinematography, this is communicated transparently within the publication.

8. Commitment to Authentic Photography

My artistic identity is built upon real photography. Artificial intelligence is used only where it improves efficiency or supports the creative process — never as a substitute for authentic photography. Real people, real locations and real cameras remain the foundation of my work.

9. Transparency

Technology continues to evolve, and so do the creative tools available to photographers. This statement reflects my current creative workflow and may be updated as technologies, professional practices and applicable regulations evolve.

Technology evolves. Trust should remain constant. Behind every portfolio image is a real moment, a real person and a real camera.
