CUBES

“CUBES” is a minimalist, black and white photo series that focuses on the male form through nude and implied nude compositions. Every image shares the same studio setup, lighting conditions, and perspective, creating a strong visual cohesion throughout the project.

The centerpiece of each frame is a large white cube — a symbol of neutrality, purity, and geometry — which becomes both a prop and a stage for the model’s body to interact with. The simplicity of this setting brings attention to body language, posture, emotion, and form, allowing subtle differences between subjects to tell individual stories.

The project invites the viewer to observe variations in expression and vulnerability, shaped by minimalism and repetition. CUBES is an exploration of form, stillness, and the quiet strength of visual uniformity.
