GUARANTEES AND RETURNS POLICY


This policy applies to all purchases made via the online store at karrde.pl/shop.

The sole entity responsible for all transactions, shipping, returns, refunds and customer service related to the shop is:

According to the laws of the European Union, which we fully respect and follow, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price, or provide a refund if the goods you purchased are faulty or do not match the description or expectations set by the seller.

If you bought a product or service online, you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without the need to justify your decision. This is known as the “cooling-off” period. If the 14th day falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Note: If the item was purchased through a third-party website (e.g. blurb.com), please follow their return policy. We are not responsible for their fulfillment or customer service.


EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, you must first contact us at shop@karrde.pl before sending any items back. It is not sufficient to simply return the goods without notice.

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. Goods will not be re-shipped until we receive the original product back.

If you do not receive your replacement within 30 days (or another agreed timeframe), you may contact us and set a new reasonable delivery deadline, as required by EU consumer law.


HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE

To cancel your purchase, you must notify us by email at shop@karrde.pl. It is not enough to just send the product back.

After informing us of your decision to cancel, you must return the unused item within 14 days.

Returned products must be in resaleable condition — unused, unaltered, and, where applicable, in their original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop.

A proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense and are not reimbursed.


REFUNDS

Products purchased at a discounted price (e.g. during promotions or sales) are eligible for return under the same 14-day withdrawal period as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated (e.g. personalized or signed products marked as final sale).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund appears.
  • Contact your bank — processing delays can occur.
  • If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact us at shop@karrde.pl.

COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe that the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to make a complaint within 2 years of delivery, as per EU regulations.

To file a complaint:

  • Contact us at shop@karrde.pl with a description of the issue
  • Attach photos of the defect if possible
  • Include proof of purchase

We will respond within 14 days with a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your order was returned or lost due to a wrong or incomplete address, we can resend the package once you pay for additional shipping and provide a corrected address. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.

If you forgot to include additional notes or instructions during checkout, please email us at shop@karrde.pl as soon as possible.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

If an eligible returned product is out of stock and we cannot send a replacement, we will issue a full refund.
